Returns & Exchanges

At Kawasaki Original Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5 business days.
